CG Motor, a new venture under the Chaudhary Group, is gearing up to introduce its inaugural electric vehicle in Nepal, known as the Neta V.
Manufactured by Hozon Auto under the Neta brand, the Neta V is a sub-compact electric SUV measuring four meters in length.
Equipped with a 14.6-inch tablet-style touchscreen infotainment system and a 12-inch horizontal digital instrument cluster, the Neta V offers modern technological features.
It comes in two variants: Standard Range and Extended Range.
The Standard Range version boasts a 40kW motor paired with a 31.18kWh battery, providing a range of 301 kilometers with a charging time of 12 hours.
Meanwhile, the Extended Range variant is powered by a 55kW motor and a 38.54kWh battery, offering an extended range of 401 kilometers with an 8-hour charging time.
Internationally, the Neta V includes amenities like keyless entry, an N95 air filter, central lock, cruise control, rear-view camera, sensor LCD screen, power windows, electrically adjustable ORVMs, and USB ports for added convenience.
Safety features of the Neta V include front airbags, ABS with EBD, hill-start assist, electric parking brake with auto hold, and a tire-pressure monitoring system.
